First 2-hour session - Intro and basic operations

____ - Main components and sections of the PlantVue development environment
____ - How to use the configuration explorer
____ - How to create a simple mimic screen
____ - How to assign animations to objects

____ After the first session, is it recommended that students navigate in the development
____ environment and practice covered topics prior to the second session by creating a prototype ____ project.

Second 2-hour session - advanced animations, trends and alarms

____ - How to set-up trending and alarming

___ - How to view and export Trends and Alarms
____ - How to assign complex animations to objects
____ - How to use ActiveX's, symbols

____ After the second session, is it recommended that students create a simple HMI project with
____ at least two distinct mimic screens. If there is a need in the final project to incorporate
____ specific ActiveX objects, they should be inserted in the prototype project before the third
____ session.

Third 2-hour session - Sripting and security

____ - Language editor: VBA Scripting
____ - How to set-up security and user accounts
____ - How to set-up runtime only mode
____ - Open - custom subjects

____ After the third and last session, students have covered the basics of the PlantVue
____ development environment, which account for 90% of the time expended to create a typical
____ HMI project.
