Basic product support - free
 

This support is provided free with a first-time purchase of any product. It is valid for 30 days or more depending on the product purchased. It covers installation and basic use of the product (excluding development toolkits). It is not intended as a replacement for Training courses. Level of questions handled are limited to LEVEL 1. Basic support also includes reporting any bugs found in the software and dispensing known patches and workarounds to users. To receive more detailed and complete product support, please see the Extended Product Support Plan below.

Extended product support plan
 

This plan provides extended help to use the products distributed by Centris Technologies (excluding development toolkits). It is also an extension of the free support provided with a first-time purchase of any product. This plan answers "how-to" type questions, but of a level more advanced than the basic product support. It is not intended as a replacement for Training courses. For those interested in application design support, please consult our Fast Tracking services.
Level of questions coverred are LEVEL 1 , 2 and 3 (please see limitations for LEVEL 3).

- Communications are through Email or telephone;
- The hours covered are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, EST;
- We include one FREE copy of the IEC 61131 Methodology book

Turn-key stsrem 24/7 support plan
 

This plan covers standard and emergency support for the custom turn-key applications made by Centris Technologies. Clients who have developed their own projects will want to opt for the Application Design Support Plan.

This plan assures 24 hours / 365 days availability (with a one-hour maximum response time) of a technician or engineer to support any situation arising at a customer installation, in direct relation with a Centris developed and commissioned turn-key control system. Please contact your sales representative for further details and limitations.

Business partner plan
 

This program is designed for those companies needing an on-going strategic development partnership with Centris Technologies. This plan is valid for a three-year period. It includes:

- Extended Product and Application Design Support;
- One week of Consulting services (excluding all travel expenses);
- Annual joint business review / planning, on-site (excluding all travel expenses);
- Quarterly advance review of product development strategy;
- Priority treatment of all technical support, voting rights on product wish lists;
- Early access to software Beta versions, if available;
- Internal use product discounts;
- Internal use training discounts;

- Preferential rate on consulting services;
- Direct communication with Centris Technologies CTO.
