Lost software license key reporting / replacement

Steps to replace a lost ISaGRAF software license

Following situations warrant an ISaGRAF software key replacement:
- Hard disk crash;
- Hard disk changed form computer A to computer B;
- License key lost because of hardware modification to computer;

Follow these instructions to receive a replacement software license key:

Step 1- Contact Centris Technologies to attempt a license key recovery. If unsuccessful, go to step 2.

Step 2- Fill out the Lost License Key Report, sign and fax to Centris Technologies at (514) 316-1458.

Step 3- After Centris validates request, you will receive a confirmation Email.

Step 4- Follow the standard Software Licensing Procedure.
