ODBC application template for ISaGRAF 4

Documented template to be used with ISaGRAF 4, with automation options and the
ODBC function library. Gives a starter project to read and write data to/from an
ODBC compliant Database. It has the following features:

-----· Stores data back into a database, in a tabular report format.
