Centris Technologies devellops and installs PIDS -
Production Information Display System in its first site.

This new system, when connected to plant-floor machinery,
collects production information and generates statistics that are
then displayed on large LCD panels installed at key locations on
the factory floor. Employees are therefore informed, in real-time,
of the production rates and efficiency of the various processes

All data is also viewable as webpages on the customer's intranet
for management and supervision purposes.

Statistical data is also logged and archived for future reporting. The system also has provisions for interlocking mobile machines or flexible manufacturing components, so they will not operate unless connected to the PIDS system.
